Cherry - from southwest New York
English Walnut - yard tree reclaimed from Dunkirk shoreline
Pear - old orchard in Dunkirk
Curly Maple - from southwest New York
Osage Orange - reclaimed locally

The reclaimed wood air dries for one to two years, depending on the thickness of the slab of wood. This material usually has interesting grain patterns and colors and produces a unique, one-of-a-kind kitchen accessory.
